Can jewelry shown in white gold also be made in yellow gold?

Most of our pieces can be made in 14k & 18k white gold, yellow gold and platinum.

What is your delivery time?

Each order is a little different. Many of our best sellers we stock and can be shipped immediately. Some orders may take approximately 10 working days. Special orders may take 3 to 4 weeks. Special RUSH orders are possible. All delivery times are flexible.

How do I open an account?

To open an account, simply fill out our credit application and fax it to us 212-719-1167. Once your credit is approved, we will set up your account. This can typically be done within 2 or 3 business days. If you do not wish to set up an account right away, we do offer COD and credit card payment options.

Do you sell blank mountings?

No. Bill Levine Diamond Jewelry only sells finished pieces.

What are my payment options?

Orders can be paid by check, credit card or COD. Payment terms are based on credit history, reference check and JBT credit report.

How long are price quotes good for?

Price quotes are valid for 30 days, as long as no major fluctuations in the gold and diamond markets have occurred. All platinum prices are quoted daily.

Is there a minimum order?
