Return Policy
It is the policy of Bil Levine Diamond Jewelry not to take back any product that has been made on special order.
"Special order" items include:
- rings ordered in any finger size other than our stock size (women size 6, men size 10)
- any piece that is made on request (not in stock)
-all eternity bands
***We do not take back jewelry that has been worn.
Merchandise that is defective will be accepted for credit within 10 days of delivery. No shipping credit will be issued. A copy of the invoice, a return authorization number, and a reason for return must accompany all returns. RA# IS REQUIRED prior to sending merchandise. Credits are issued at the discretion of Bill Levine Diamond Jewelry.
